1. Reference above, on the basis written examination held on 6.05.12, 13.05.12, 27.05.12, 3.06.12, 10.06.12 and 24.06.12 and its result notified on 10.09.2012, Physical Efficiency Test conducted at Railway Stadium, Pratapnagar, Vadodara from 29.10.2012-8.11.2012, Document Verification conducted at DRM Office: Mumbai Central, Vadodara, Ahemadabad, Rajkot, Ratlam, Bhavnagar from 4.12.2012-13.12.12 followed by medical examination conducted by CMS’s/BCT, BRC, ADI, BVP, RJT, RTM and compliance of all other procedures laid by Railway Board, Railway Recruitment Cell, Western Railway hereby, declares the provisional empanelment of the candidates against non physically handicapped quota.
   
2. A total of 1927 (UR: 751, OBC: 623, SC: 258, ST: 295) non PH candidates are hereby provisionally empanelled for appointment in Western Railway services in Pay Band-1, Grade Pay-1800/-.
   
3. Result of 87 (UR: 54, OBC: 11, SC: 16, ST: 06) Physically Handicapped candidates against Physically Handicapped Quota is already available on the website since 14.02.2013.
   
4. Non PH Candidates may see their result only on the website mentioned above by filling in their Roll No. and Date of Birth.
   
5. Panel (PART-I/PH QUOTA and PART-II/NON PH QUOTA) declared is strictly provisional and does not confer upon the candidates any right for appointment in Railway Services.
   
6. Allotment of post, unit and other formalities shall be commenced by Office of Chief Personnel Officer/Western Railway, Churchgate, Mumbai-20 and shall be subject to completion of all formalities preceding appointment in Railways Services, whereby, offer of appointment shall be despatched by respective units.
   
7. Appointment shall be subject to availability of vacancies and medical fitness of the candidates for the post.
   
8. Merit/Rank shall be declared at a later stage.
   
9. Result of some candidates has not been declared and shall be declared at a later stage
   
10. While all due care has been taken in preparing the result, Railway Recruitment Cell reserves the right to make amendments to the provisionally declared panel at any subsequent stage.
    
11. RRC/Western Railway reserves the right to declare any candidate successful or delete his name from the notified result/panel at any stage of the selection procedure and subsequently, if any discrepancy or malpractice is noticed or brought to the notice of RRC at any stage and the decision of the RRC in the matter shall be final. Candidature is also liable to be rejected in cases of fraud/proxy by the candidates at any stage of selection procedure and the decision of RRC/Western Railway in the matter shall be FINAL.
    
12. RRC will not entertain any individual queries in this regard.
